Picture this: our mobile smoker rolling in, loaded with your favorite slow-smoked meats and sides. We slice the brisket and pull the pork right there on-site, keeping everything juicy and delicious (plus, it's pretty cool to watch!).
Your tables will be decked out with trays of mouthwatering smoked delights—brisket, pulled pork, and all the fixings. We make sure everyone's got plenty to eat with our generous portions, and we've got you covered with paper plates, forks, and even "to-go" containers for those who can't get enough.

Smoked Meats
Pulled Pork - This is our signature pulled pork that started it all. We use a three day process that took years to perfect. The Worth It BBQ process gives you a balance of texture and flavor that you will want to tell all of your favorite people about. It’s really freakin good.
Brisket - Good ‘ol beef brisket! First we trim it, then we rub it, then we smoke it, then we rest it, then we serve it! The combination of our simple beef rub with a minimum 12 hours of smoke enhances the flavor of this savory cut of meat.
Pork Ribs - St Louis pork ribs smoked to perfection!First we peel it, then we rub it, then we smoke it, then we… well we can’t give away all of our secrets. Anyways, you’ll enjoy getting sauce all over your fingers and face.
Turkey - Slow smoked turkey breast that is dripping with flavor. This isn’t that dry, bland turkey that you cover up with stuffing and gravy so that you don’t hurt anyone’s feelings. This stuff is super good all by itself but it is not always available.
Pork Belly - Bacon is made from pork belly… After we brine and season the pork belly, instead of slicing it into bacon, we cube it so that it gets the perfect amount of smoke. These cubes are dangerous because it is so easy to eat more than you should. They’re rich and decadent and packed full of flavor.
Chicken Thighs - These little guys are packed full of juicy flavor. Several steps go into our chicken thighs, we trim, brine, pat dry and rub each piece individually. Once they’re ready, we slow smoke the chicken thighs for extra smokey flavor then finish hot and fast for crispy skin. Everyone loves these juicy tender chicken thighs.
Sides
Smokey Beans - These beans are doing what we should all be doing, working together for one common goal. A mix of several colors, shapes and sizes of beans come together harmoniously to put a smile on your face.
Coleslaw - This coleslaw was designed to complement our signature pulled pork, turns out that it’s delicious to eat on its own! This vegetarian side goes great on your slider, or with a fork, or you can just eat it like a monster straight out of its container.
Esquites Street Corn - Seasoned sweet corn that is both fried and smoked to get a delicious texture and flavor that is unique to us. We hand mix melted smoked butter, mayonnaise and cotija cheese into the corn medley and top it off with lime and Tajin spices.
Cinnamon Apples - A medley of peeled apples smoked with cinnamon and brown sugar, then chilled in its own juices. A sweet treat that goes great on your plate.
Super Mac n Cheez - Smoked Mac n Cheez topped with white cheddar crackers. Trays of macaroni and six cheeses soak up flavors on our smokers before adding the special cheese sauce. The use a mix of some super special ingredients to make our ultimate cheese sauce. If you know, you know.
Tater Salad - This isn’t your average potato salad. We smoke red potatoes until they’re at the right texture, then chill them out before we mix in the other good stuff. Served cold, these delicious taters compliment any smoked meat.
Macaroni Salad - Everybody makes macaroni salad a little differently, we are no exception to this. Some people say our macaroni salad reminds them of their family recipe, some say it reminds them of the Hawaiian style, we say it’s a combination of both. Served cold, this side is loved by all different types of folks.

Easy Setup: Our team sets up the food and chafing dishes on your tables, making it easy for everyone to dig in.
Ongoing Service: While you and your guests enjoy the food, we keep the hot and cold dishes coming, so there’s always plenty to eat.
Service Times:
60 Minutes: For 25-50 guests.
90 Minutes: For 51-99 guests.
120 Minutes: For 100+ guests.

ULTIMATE BBQ EXPERIENCE
Take your event to the next level with our Ultimate BBQ Experience catering package. We bring one of our smokers to your event, filling the air with delicious smoke that gets everyone excited and adds an extra level of fun and flavor to your party. It’s definitely worth it! This package is in addition to the great food and service we provide, for an extra $100 per hour.

-Pulled pork and your choice of any 3 sides. 18/person
Package 2
-Pulled pork plus your choice of any additional meat and 4 sides. 25/person
Package 3
-ALL OF IT! Everything on our menu served fresh for you and your guests. 45/person
*You can add any meat to package 2 for an additional $6 per guest and any side for $3 per guest.
*We can stay as long as you want for $50 for each additional 30 minutes
*Set up and clean up time are included in the package price
